The Garden of Earthly Delights is a triptych painted by the Dutch artist Hieronymus Bosch around 1500. The left panel depicts Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, while the right panel portrays the torments of hell.

The central panel depicts the Garden of Earthly Delights, a panorama of nude figures cavorting with fantastical animals and gigantic fruit. Scholars remain divided about the meaning of this panel, as a warning against worldly pleasure, or a depiction of paradise lost.
